Beta participants get exclusive access to discounted pricing of $99 a month (that is locked in) while we fine-tune the tech side—it's our way of saying thanks for partnering with us to build something great. Beta program ends December 31, 2025 and regular price will start for new patients at $119/mo.
Kiaora prescribes a custom compounded medication called Biothyroid that contains both T3 and T4 hormones. With over 20 formulations available, we can find the perfect T4/T3 ratio that's unique to your individual needs. If you transitioned from a traditional thyroid medication the medical team dose matched you to the appropriate equivalent Biothyroid dose - you will discontinue any previous thyroid medication when you begin Kiaora’s thyroid program. All our freshies start out start on our initial dose.
For our freshies (thats what we call anyone who has not been on thyroid medication before) and some patients who were dose matched from their current thyroid medication, you will receive 2 bottles of Biothyroid in the initial subscription. Our providers use a low and slow approach of a titration dose for the first 14 days before adjusting you to your initial dose. This is to help minimize side effects when starting your thyroid optimization journey.
Whether you are new to Kiaora’s thyroid therapy and switching from a traditional medication or have been using our biothyriod, you will discontinue the previous dose of thyroid medication you were on and begin taking your new dose.
Upon Waking → Take Biothyroid immediately with full glass of water
Wait 30-60 minutes → Empty stomach, no food or drinks (especially coffee!)
Eat Breakfast → Now you can have coffee and food!

- Keep your Biothyroid at your bedside and take it immediately upon waking
- Take on an empty stomach with a full glass of water
- Wait 30-60 minutes before eating or drinking anything (especially coffee or milk)
- If taking GLP-1 oral sublingual medication: Take Biothyroid first, wait 30 minutes for GLP-1 sublingual tablet, then wait another 30 minutes to eat
